Full Body Circuit.

Rules:  5 circuits.  No more than 30 second break between sets and circuits.

  • Alternating Hand Push Ups – 25 reps
  • Bridges – 25 reps
  • Alternating High Knees – 25 reps
  • 2 Minute Plank

  1. I a little less, first is wake up and see if I am still living, take a lot of pain killers, you get the idea. I am old 80 years, and worn out. I suggest keep active, don’t drink much and love your kids. Talk with them about everything in your life.
