I am a 41 y/o medically retired LEO ( I was hit by a drunk driver in my patrol car) and I want that fire in myself again.. I look forward to your videos keep them coming. I wish I had someone like you or your girl to go to the gym with and get me started on the right track with my workouts.

This is so inspiring drill. i just boarded for E-5 and i get up every morning and look at my 6’2 250 lb body and think, “is this really the example i want to be to soldiers under me?” I’m going to hit the gym harder and get rid of this fuckin fat and hit that 300 on my PT Test. Thanks for this DS. Failure is never an option!
Im a bigger guy no not overly fat I could lose a few pounds myself. Sometimes I’m motivated and sometimes I lack the motivation. I like what john is doing, and was wondering if I could possibly get this motivational soundtrack emailed to me so that on those days in lacking it I have this to get my ass out of the house. If not no worries and keep on keepin on.
