Curl Till You Hurl
Everyone enjoys a nice peak in their biceps and deep cuts in their abdomens. Give this circuit a shot and thank yourself later.(Note: For bicep exercises, if dumbbells are not available, a similar household object may be used, such as a full gallon of milk or laundry detergent.)
25 Supinated (palms facing forward) Curls (per arm)
25 Oblique Crunches
25 Hammer Curls
1 Minute Plank
Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest between each circuit.
