Goals

Everyone has a purpose in life. And in order to live up to that purpose, you have to set goals for yourself and never stop for a minute. No matter what your purpose is, one of your goals should be to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. If you’ve been keeping up with our daily WODs, then you know this is a great place to be. If you’re new here, get ready for an eye opener. Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between.

25 Bicycle Kicks
25 Hip Raises
25 Walking Lunges
25 Wide Arm Push-ups
