Today marks the 14th anniversary of the fateful day that claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 American lives. For today’s PT we will honor and remember them and the first responders.
Buddy up with a friend or family member, and perform Fireman Carry’s. Take turns running sets consisting of 30 Yards for 2 miles. After Mile one, take a moment of silence for all who were lost. Lest We Forget.
