Hump Day Twist
Every Wednesday we all go out for a Ruck March. Nothing new about that. But today’s twist is very new. Of course, you are still going on a Ruck March. But, you are also doing a few other things.
Every 5 minutes (or quarter mile) you will perform 1 of 2 exercises, changing each time.
25 Walking Lunges
25 Squats.
Don’t think about taking your Ruck or Pack off. Make this one count for 3 miles!
