Disney Princess Pin-ups

Bring up Disney, and usually, the first thing that comes to mind is children’s movies full of songs, and more recently Marvel and Star Wars. Artist and animator Andrew Tarusov recently produced a gallery that puts those Princesses back on our mind. His project: Pin-Ups! Here is a preview of his work:

Depends on who you’re soliciting to. If this is sold to kids, then too far. But we’re all adults and we should be able to handle our emotions. It’s great art too. I’ve seen much worse with Disney characters anyway….

Imagine being a little kid seeing a grownup walk by wearing one of these. While there is no nudity shown, they are provocative. Little kids don’t have much innocence left in their little worlds these days. Let’s not rob them of this too.
This is disgusting. I find it extremely creepy that you would feature these. As a mother and a grandmother, I am sickened that you would support this kind of art. What does this tell our children? And what does this have to do with Grunt Style’s mission to support our troops and show solidarity as Americans? I’m unsubscribing to your newsletter, and I hope you will pull down this post immediately. You’re losing customers.

Why would kids even be looking at this? Innocence in children? When was the last time you looked at the video games being played or even watched a Disney Movie? Really watched a Disney movie? I agree, what does this have to do with grunt style? Are you going to put these on your shirts? This art is in bad taste. The art itself is good – we’re not in a perfect world though. So why add more for us to combat? If & when children see these, it will only confuse them, not teach them that they need to respecting themselves & their bodies, not showing off. We need more good examples of taking care of ourselves & self esteem.
Okay, is this “GRUNT” Style or is it, “let’s get offended cause we are a bunch of women”? I mean really, there have been sexy versions of disney characters ever since they have been conceived so quit acting like a bunch of split tails and drive on. There are much more important things to be concerned about like , I dunno, ensuring you raise your own children properly and restrict them from having accounts on facebook and other social media sites at the age of 6 and 7, shame on you!!!!

Is there nothing else we can do besides tarnish our children’s Disney characters? This should not be on t shirts or anything that our children can see…I am personally appalled by this distortion of these beloved characters. We have pin ups for pin up layouts, we do not have to degrade Disney. The artists needs to keep his sick fuck fantasies to himself. If I saw this shirt on someone I would probably say something not so ‘charming.’

To all that don’t like this art and think it’s in bad taste….. you have a god given right to go f*ck yourselves! You have said NOTHING about the word fuck on the front or back of several grunt style shirts it’s a persons right to wear whatever the hell they want to on their clothing. If you don’t like it don’t buy it but if others want to its their own right. Start parenting and teach your kids the difference between art on a shirt and what they decide to wear themselves! Have you looked outside lately 13 year old girls are wearing shorts that show half their ass off….. have a problem with that not this!

I love this stuff. My daughter loves it too. Granted, will probably get her sent home for the day if she wore it to School or Church. That is why she will not be wearing them even though she would if she could.

Folks, there are some key things being missed from the article. These drawings are not Grunt Styles and will in no way be going on shirts. This article was actually to show the talent of the artists. It was not intended to offend anyone.
At no time in the article was it said that these were for shirt designs so apparently the asshats pissing and whining about these pictures didn’t even read the fucking article!! Or they are complete morons…
