The title says it all here, folks! You can either work your ass off and improve upon yourself, or apologize to yourself for being overweight and out of shape when you had every opportunity to DO PT!
25 Push Ups
25 Flutter Kicks
25 Swimmers
25 Reverse Lunges
Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between rounds.

This kicked my ass more than I thought it would…I’ve just started following your exercises this past week, and I must say that I haven’t been disappointed yet! I haven’t felt this good in a while.
I will definitely continue to keep up with your exercises! Thanks for what you’re doing, it’s been great for someone like me. Might be almost time to order some more Grunt Gear, everyone loves the ‘Suck It Up Buttercup’ hoodie I got. No one else around here has one and I love it!
