Quite literally! According to a research done by a collaboration between the U.S.-based Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the National Cancer Institute, “the more you do it, the longer you live“. Today’s challenge day consist of 300 Burpees. You will have 1 hour to do so. That’s just 5 Burpees a minute. Make it happen.
