Nothing impossible for today’s Challenge Day. That doesn’t mean it’s not still a challenge though! Perform 300 Military (aka shoulder) presses. You may take a break once every 100 reps. If you’re tough enough, you should do it with some sort of weight. If you’re crazy enough, you should not take any breaks. Can you stand up to the challenge?
