A Thin Line

You workout. Maybe you go to the gym a few times a week. People say you’re in good shape “for your age”. All these things may be true and they may make you feel good about yourself. As far as you’re concerned you’re doing great in the gym, and walk in lookin’ good and feelin’ good. You may need a reality check. There is a very thin line between mediocrity and greatness. Just to be clear, greatness does not mean you’re a god praised by everyone. Greatness refers the the best form of yourself. When you’re in the gym or at home working out, never settle for any goal other than greatness. Workout like you’re on the side of mediocrity and want to achieve greatness. Only then will you see the best version of yourself. DO PT!
