THE BERSERKER

Berserkers were Norse warriors who are primarily reported in the Old Norse literature to have fought in a nearly uncontrollable, trance-like fury, a characteristic which later gave rise to the English word berserk. Today your exercise needs to be just as tough and those guys. Not for us, not for anyone else, but for you. If you push yourself harder than you have before, you will go farther than you ever thought you could. The road ahead may be tough, but trust me, it’s worth the effort to get to where you want to be. As Theodore Roosevelt said, “Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty… I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life. I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well.” Be that person that people envy, not because everything was handed to, but because you busted your ass and never gave up on your goals. DO PT!

25 Flutter Kicks (4 count)

25 Lunges

20 Wide Arm Push-ups

20 Diamond Push-ups

25 crunches

Repeat this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 second rest in between.
