The Choice Is Yours
Maybe you wake up every morning and make yourself better doing PT. Maybe you don’t. Maybe you lazily walk in and out of the gym feeling content that you did any sort of workout at all. And maybe, just maybe, you actually walk into the gym and have to crawl out because you pushed yourself to your limits. The choice is yours people. You can live a life of mediocrity or you can give it everything you’ve got and leave your regrets for the weak willed. DO PT, and do it right, so that no one’s ghost may come back to say their training failed them. Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
25 Decline Push Ups
25 3-count Jumping Jacks
25 Butt Kicks
25 Alligator Crawls
