What do you mean no help? I mean, I’m not gonna give you some motivational talk just to get you up to do PT. Mostly because I’m curious to see if you guys can do it on your own. I doubt it. But heck, if you can prove me wrong, do it! You know the drill:

 

25 Diamond Push ups

25 Russian Twists

25 Prone Reverse Flys

1 Minute Plank

5 Sets, 30 seconds rest in between sets, get it done!
