Those Who Stand For Nothing

Are you one of those people? You know, the kind that have no opinions and answer everything with “I don’t know”? These are the people that fall for everything and anything. They’re a fad dieter, work out occasionally (usually consisting of a walk or a crummy workout video), and have a boring job that they hate and are certainly not proud of. Their gullible, spineless, and have no drive to improve upon themselves. If you are one of those people, then this workout is not for you. If you’re the opposite and are ready to take on a week of intense workouts with the constant goal of improving yourself, then perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 3o seconds of rest in between rounds.

 

25 Squat Jumps

25 Oblique Crunches

25 Front Raises

25 Incline Diamond Push Ups

  1. Hi Iron Mike,

    Do you have any suggestions for alternate exercises for the Front Raises? Mainly for people that may not have access to weights or prefer to do body weight exercises. Thanks!

    1. Hey Nick! The great thing about Front Raises is that they do not require a lot of weight to be effective. Using something as simple as a gallon milk jug filled up would work just fine. Otherwise if you are looking for body weight exercises, the Overhead Arm Clap is a great alternative. It’s basically a jumping jack without the jump, and in a more controlled, stable motion. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
