Today’s Hump Day Ruck March will consist of the following: Walk a Mile, do 50 push-ups, run a mile, do 50 flutter kicks. Repeat this for 3 miles. Will it suck? Probably. Will it feel like you’re going through hell? possibly. Will you be able to finish this? Absolutely! The only thing stopping you is yourself. When you’re going through hell, keep going. DO PT!
