Alpha Outpost: EDC Box

The EDC box isn’t really a box at all, instead because of the awesome gear inside, it has to come in a bag. Everyday life has its challenges and obstacles just like any survival situation, that’s why Alpha Outpost, put together the EDC box. Unfortunately, you’re not going to find a new pistol in here, but you will find gear to utilize every day.

As always the EDC box has the all informative comic, with scenarios that put the items in your box to good use. Couple that with the monthly challenge, the tips and articles that can be found after reading through the comic and you’ve got enough reading material for at least two trips to the bathroom. The first three items we’ll talk about aren’t really the heavy hitters of the box, but they’re nice nonetheless. We can’t think of a time when we refused a good quality baseball cap, whether you don’t want to comb your hair or you’re protecting that cranium of yours from the sun’s harmful rays, a good baseball cap is always nice to have. Chapstick and paracord, are also items that may not be a necessity until you need them. Having extra on hand for both of these items is always a great idea.

The real bang for your buck comes with the Alpha Outpost flashlight. It’s small, durable and as bright as a small piece of the sun. The next item up is a small, but sharp and durable pocket knife. We’ve tried to break these knives doing everyday stuff and they held up relatively well considering one of the Marines tried to eat it. To cap of the EDC box, we have the EDC bag. It’s a great piece of equipment with storage for all your everyday carry items.

With this box, you’ll be all set and missing none of the minor pieces that are sometimes overlooked in an EDC kit. Check out more videos on Alpha Outposts boxes here!
