It’s about the most obvious thing in the world now. Anti-Gun virtue signaling that tells of people surrendering their firearms after a tragedy, after someone abuses a tool with malicious intent, it’s all the rage…except..it’s played out. We get it. You bought a gun for whatever reason, but, never intended on using it, and then surrendered it when someone else was irresponsible with it. That’s not a gun owner. That’s a bandwagoner and it’s high time we hold them accountable for their bullshit.
If someone purchases a firearm and then amidst a tragedy says something to the effect of “I’m glad this gun won’t harm anyone,” then you’re an idiot. Guns were made to harm. But again…for like the umpteenth thousandth time, it’s a tool. Not seeing the crowds of people turning in their cars for destruction because others get DUIs and then say some dumb shit like “I’m glad my car will never kill anyone.”
We get it. They jumped on a bandwagon and didn’t fully understand the ramifications of firearm ownership. Then they get on a soapbox and proclaim that nobody “needs” guns like this, millions of people flock to their cause despite the fact that they’re the gun forfeiting equivalent of fedora-wearing neckbeards dropping m’lady at the start of every sentence. We get it. They need attention.
Time everyone who hates their guns to put their money where their mouth is. People use $20 bills to rip coke. People have used screwdrivers, hammers and lumber to kill harm and maim. Warlords in third world countries use food to hold power over the people in their nations. Drunks drive cars and kill people. People have committed murder via drowning. Medical malpractice is a thing as well.
So as soon as those giving up their guns are willing to give up their money, screwdrivers, hammers, lumber, food, cars, and water…we’ll take the anti-gun virtue signaling about as seriously as we take the advice on the economy from Communists.

Idiotic people want to believe that if you remove the tools used for violence, then violence will stop. that’s part in parcel of what makes them an idiot. Before we had guns we had swords and bows, before that spears and clubs and before that rocks back when we were nothing more than hairless apes. Violence itself is a tool.
Most of what their problem is, is that they refuse to acknowledge their own humanity and inherent potential for violence if for nothing other than survival walking dead style.
But on the flipside. saying shit like “despite the fact that they’re the gun forfeiting equivalent of fedora-wearing neckbeards dropping m’lady at the start of every sentence”” is not the way to go about it. Its suggesting that people with manners are outmoded and manners are pointless and people who use them are pussies and losers who don’t know the world. Not very keen on that attitude that being rude and arrogant is somehow a fitting substitute for logic and civil discourse. Our PRIMARY tool as humans (afore mentioned violent hairless apes) is language. Communication, talking for fuck sake.. explaining shit.
Its funny how people who espouse their love for the constitution, never read the fucking thing aside from the parts they want to use to justify their own selfish wants.. which is fine, being selfish is an okay thing for an American citizen. Just read the whole fucking thing howbout. And also, howbout you also admit to yourself that either you are all in or out on the constitution and the people who wrote it.. those “pussies with flowery language” gave you that fucking document. Learn the value of good communication skills and respect those who put in the goddamn effort to be respectful if in no other way than in language skills. We fought two world fucking wars with people who knew how to talk to and respect their fellow citizen. learn from their example and use some manners. Fun fact. I recall swearing an oath in February of 1989 to defend the Constitution (of the USA) against all enemies foreign and domestic. I have not been released from that oath yet.
