Indiana Teachers Upset Over Injuries During Active Shooter Training

Categories: News

This active shooter training in Indiana “injured” some teachers. The sculptors of our future are not warriors. They’re not running gunning, hopping popping, shooting looting, thriller killers. I don’t expect them to act like the former either. I don’t. I don’t know their backgrounds or their experience…but I do know this. Getting shot by an airsoft pellet does not cause injuries unless it’s shot directly into your eyeball at point blank range. It stings a little bit sure…but injuries…that seems a little exaggerated.

The training that took place was to prepare Indiana teachers for the possibility of an active shooter. They were shot at point black range (probably not in the eye) with airsoft guns to illustrate what would happen should they not fight back against an active shooter. Now they are complaining about injuries.

Given the aforementioned disclaimer that I know these people are not big dick pipe layers smokin’ Taliban Sam, what a bunch of weak ass “mayonnaise is spicy” people. Do you know what hurts more than airsoft? Real bullets.

Should teachers have to endure this type of training and deal with the possibility of this happening? Absolutely f***in’ not. Let us reiterate, ABSOLUTELY NOT! But alas here we are in an imperfect world where people can get the notoriety and attention they crave, that ever so coveted dopamine hit, by committing mass acts of violence. It’s a shit situation. A situation that banning guns will do nothing to fix because of this handy thing called the black market.

As many in our community of veterans know, pain retains. Take those “injuries” as a learning experience on what not to do, because seriously, and unfortunately your life and the lives of many others may depend on you to sack up and fight back instead of cowering in a corner.

It’s not a game, it’s the world we live in where attention is king and mental cases will go violent just to earn 15 minutes of fame. Take some Viagra and harden the hell up.

Know what we're sayin fam?

  1. Damn right! One thing, they may not feel what real bullets feel like if they are DEAD because they don’t learn the hard lessons in training. From what I read about this in other sites….they didn’t. As a former JROTC instructor I am not surprised….

  2. Nice picture of the airsoft gun with a magazine with real bullets. Youre a part of the fucking misinformation media fucktard. Try getting a degree before trying to moslead people.

    1. The picture was meant to show the nature of the training (airsoft) with the reality of what they were training for (a real shooter). If you can’t see the symbolism, then maybe you should get a degree before you comment like an ass.

    2. Speaking of being part of the misinformation problem…maybe do a little research. Elite Force Airsoft G36 rifles ship with the pictured BB magazine. They are plastic, the BB storage sits in between the stacks of dummy bullets that you see there. This information could have been obtained with Google, instead of your suggested degree. I hope your rage boner was worth the burn.

    3. Speaking of the misinformation problem…Elite Force airsoft rifles (like the HK G36 model shown above) ship with transparent BB mags, and often feature plastic dummy rounds to cover the BB hopper (and to look cool to teenagers, I suppose). This information was easily obtained using Google instead of your suggested degree. I sincerely hope the rage boner was worth the burn.

  3. Absolutely right on!!!!!! People need to wake up and learn their lives are at risk at any one time wherever they may be. Active shooters have hit malls, shopping centers, and just about any place you can think of. These active shooters are real time scumbags and don’t care about others in any sense at all.

  4. I have to disagree. John Fannin souds like an asshole who can’t control his roid rage when trying to write an article. He likes to use colorful names, so I’m just following suit.

First of all, simulating an execution style shooting seems completely assanine to me. Have there even been any execution style shootings during a school shooting? I’m not saying there hasn’t been, but I don’t recall that scenario. Seems to me that the mentally unstable people who go on these rampages are out to kill as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, which does not describe execution style shootings. They aren’t going to want to take the time to subdue someone, who I am sure would be fighting them off with all that they have, much less take the time to make people kneel before shooting them at point blank range. But, let’s say it’s a fact that execution style shootings have taken place in a school shooting and let’s say these people “trained” them by shooting them with pellets, rubber bullets (as one article I read stated), whatever… What did that teach them, injured or not? Did they teach them how NOT to get shot execution style? That seems to me the better thing to teach, than what it’s going to go down like and how your going to feel if you don’t stop them before it gets to that point. That is what all of the trainings I have had to attend, annually, for many years teach-How to keep yourself and your students as safe as possible and possible options to fend off the perpetrators if they gain access to your room or office, not how terrified I am going to feel as I am being forced to kneel and wait for my turn to be shot in the back of the head, I think that is a given.

    1. Oh Lynn,

I don’t take steroids, I’d be much bigger if I did. I am an asshole. It’s a real bummer you’ve been trained and duped into believing that being docile while a massacre is taking place is the best way to protect everyone. I hope for your sake, someone with my mindset is present to fight back, someone doesn’t think airsoft pellets cause injury.

      1. Dear, Dear John….

I never said we are being trained to be domicile and I didn’t say whether or not the airsoft pellets, if that’s what they in fact used, would cause injury. I did mention that I was sure a victim would be fighting back with all that they have. Guess you missed that part and much of the point I was trying to make. How many active shooter drills have you been to that were presented in a SCHOOL setting??

  5. I think any teacher that is responsible for my children better be able to handle a tiny little plastic BB. Why dont you libtard trolls go join in on a convo about safe places and gender fluid. just dont spill it on the floor. Schools assume responsibility for our children as soon as they are on the bus. As part of that they better be ready to protect them. By any means. I am from Indiana and I am ashamed we have so many snowflakes teaching the next generation. Oh and if all you can do is pick out my misspelling go lay on the ground and scream at the sky.
