Get ready to watch a genocide on Facebook Live. Hong Kong has been overtly and deliberately defiant to the Communist state. I doubt this rebellion will go unchecked much longer.
When people ask me why I have guns, I tell them flat out, it’s to shoot tyrants. I don’t hem and haw around what they are for. Countless times, a “superior” military force has been put in check by a populace that’s even remotely armed. For starters, our founding fathers and the Continental Army. Next, up the Mujahideen in Afghanistan against the Russians (Al Qaeda vs U.S.), the Viet Cong in Vietnam, against the Americans, the Kurdish Peshmerga…an armed populace can mess a government up.
Don’t let anybody fool you by saying that the populace stands no chance against the United States military, we ran the numbers a while back and even with the variables slanted heavily in favor of the gun grabbers, it still looked like this, 8.8 million gun owner vs. 2.4 million gun grabbers.
Hong Kong is starving for democracy. Starving for rights that we all know are inherent to mankind, not just our birthright as citizens of the United States. But…Hong Kong will not get democracy. Hong Kong will not get a Bill of Rights. Hong Kong will get genocided. I hope I’m wrong. I truly hope I do. But unless the people of Hong Kong stocked up on weapons before the turnover, the PLA (Chinese Army) is going to do their best to outdo the Tiananmen Square Massacre, and we’re all going to watch it on Facebook Live.
Our rights have never been threatened the way the rights in Hong Kong are being threatened. We’ve had a slow, glacial pace regarding the erosion of our rights. It’s almost like people don’t even know they are begging for their rights to be taken away here (cue emotional knee jerk reactions to gun violence or literally any other societal problem).
Your right to bear arms is important, and in the coming weeks and months, you’re about to see why when you watch a city get burnt to the ground for not respecting the authority of the Chinese Communist Regime.
I hope I’m wrong. I truly do. I hope severely that one day someone will look at me in regards to this piece and say “Look at how wrong you were.” Tragically, I don’t think that will happen. Get ready to watch a genocide on Facebook Live.
I don’t know. Maybe the Chinese regime will realize that the entire globe – most likely even Putin himself- would condemn such an action. It would be political, financial and commercial suicide for China, a nation teetering in a recession as it is.
Then again, if you’ve been to Tiananmen Square and saw the armed (with automatic weapons) Police you know they mean business – at least at this location. What you don’t see in most of the 62 cities I’ve been to in China, including Beijing, is much of a police presence, and when you do, they are not visibly armed except for a traditional baton. And that’s what actually gave me concern. It’s all hidden. It’s there all right. Somewhere. Police, Military, weapons of all manner. (Actually the military is quite visible in many places, although it appears to be training exercises of new ‘recruits’. Boot camps of sorts, right there in the middle of the masses.)
After issues with Visas (apparently “overstayed” although they were still valid for a few days) we were cordially invited (and the police were cordial) to the local Police/Immigration Station to “sort this problem out”. Escorted down the hall and into a meeting room, “Please walk directly and do not stop or look” what I noticed on one door was “ARMORY”, I assumed, clearly written in Chinese and with depictions of both handguns and the QBC-95 Automatic assault weapon. So I know they are there. Waiting.
I hope you are wrong about this. Me, too. The only good thing that could come out of it is the awakening of Americans to stop all this defilement and assault of our Second Amendment. That is what it is going to take- something that big, that visible and that historic. After all, the murders taking place in Venezuela by the regime hasn’t had any affect. It’s just not news worthy enough for CNN, NBC,MSNBC, etc. And apparently not newsworthy enough for US. WE THE PEOPLE need to get our collective shit together. I won’t say the word “militia” too loud, but that is actually what the 2A called for-and not the government run National Guard. God Bless and keep those warriors safe. We need to fully support them. They are, after all, our warriors. But just not exactly what the Second Amendment called for. Not if you do the historical research.
This, though, is big time news for the left leaning Democratic controlled outlets. Not for the possible harm to the people, but to put President Trump squarely into it. So far he’s to blame for not stepping all over President Xi and stopping this. At least that’s been the narrative.
Me? I’m prepared to take on whatever’s coming. Whatever it may be and however it may turn out. Hopefully all it is is old news.
Throughout the eons, armed tyrants have destroyed peaceful government’s and societies. The only protection against a tyrant is an armed trained and competent populace. Our Founding Fathers knew this and knew it intimately. History was not a foreign subject to them. They were well-read students of the very history that shaped, through their knowledge of history, our constitution. The history of Greece of Rome and Carthage the writings of Locke Plato Aristotle Cicero Voltaire Thales of Miletus were all known to the founders. They were direct witnesses of the tyranny of Great Briton , France, Spain and Germany against their own peasant classes. These men, our founders, determined among themselves and their peers that they would establish a government that was a true republic. By their lives their fortunes and their sacred honort they accomplished and established the most powerful republic the world has ever seen. A shining city on a hill and the last best hope of peace on this earth.
