Jets From India and Pakistan Just Spent an Hour Yeeting Missiles at Each Other (allgedly)

India and Pakistan are pissed at each other, but that's nothing new. They have clashed several times over the years, with countless tense moments along their borders. However, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar claims a recent major ariel dogfight took place and unlike me in bed, it lasted "nearly an hour." This is extra alarming becuase both countires have nukes. We are really one bad day away from Fallout in real life (before GTA 6).

There are a lot of claims out there as to what happened, but most of the sources are less trust worthy than you wife's male best friend. So we'll just report that 5 Indian jets were reportedly shot down, at least according to Nukta Pakistan account, a verified government channel on X.

Other sites claim that the skirmish involved 125 jets and that neither party crossed into the other's airspace.

It's so bad that even China, Russia and Iran are saying to chill.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson said in a statement, “China expresses regret over India’s military actions this morning and is concerned about the current developments. China opposes all forms of terrorism." According to a statement issued by the ministry in Tehran, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei described the military escalation as a serious cause for concern. Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for both countries to show restraint.
