There Are No LimitsThe title of today's WOD truly says it all, and can apply to almost everything. When you're at the gym getting a pump, or at home doing your plyometrics, you have to continually push yourself past exhaustion. Only then will you improve upon yourself and see the gains you are looking for. The only limits are the ones you set yourself. There are no limits. DO PT!
